Strawberry Smoothie
- 250 g strawberries
- 80 cl cold skim milk
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

Lemon Smoothie
- 100 ml lemon sorbet
- 20 cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 100 g of cottage cheese 20
- 8 fresh mint leaves

Blueberry Smoothie
- 250 g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 50 cl of skim milk
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 fresh mint leaves

Banana milk with vanilla
- 2 bananas
- 3 tablespoons of sugar (in this case coconut sugar)
- 50 cl of milk (your choice: cow's milk, almond milk, etc.)
- 1/2 vanilla bean
