We are very proud of the products we manufacture. But we also know that things can go wrong, no matter how hard you try to avoid it.
If you experience problems with your Joyside product or wish to return an order, please contact us using the contact form found or send us an email.
Can you exchange or return the product within 30 days. Our customer service agent will tell you the return address, we will send you the return label, you can then print it.
We reserve the right to reject returned goods if it is suspected that the goods have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Godanskeo does not offer free return shipping.
How to get a refund For any refund request contact our customer service via email. The steps to follow will be communicated to you. The refund method will be the same as the one used to pay for the product.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 30 days and get a full refund.
We will endeavor to process your Refund Request within a maximum of 30 days. Once the refund is made, the transaction time varies depending on your bank or refund method.
Delayed or missing refund
If your return has already arrived but you have not yet received a refund within 30 days, please contact our customer service team. Send us an email with your name and order number. We will help you within 24 hours and arrange the refund immediately.
If you have received a wrong product that you did not order, please contact our customer service team and send us an email. We will send you the correct product immediately and cover the shipping costs. Please return the incorrect product to us.
Change of mind
Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply if you receive the correct product that you ordered without damage and you have simply changed your mind.
The order is damaged
If your order is damaged, please add a photo or video of the damaged part of the product. Add this to your email and explain what's going on. Make sure the image or video is clearly visible. Deadline to return
You have a maximum period of 30 days after receiving your order to return your goods in accordance with the return conditions mentioned above. After this period, unfortunately we will no longer be able to accept a return or offer you an exchange or refund.
Conditions for obtaining a return

You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours without reason. To cancel your order, send us an email and give us your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount according to the original payment method within 30 days.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you must follow our returns policy and procedures. The cancellation must be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
