We deliver on all weekdays and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


Should there be a delay in delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible and state the reason for the delay as well as the new expected delivery time.

Search for your order . If you cannot track your order, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or stolen packages

Joyside is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery is confirmed to the address specified for an order. Upon request, Joyside will confirm delivery to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to review. For more information, contact our customer service via e-mail at customer service contact@tootybay.com

We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Enter correct shipping information at checkout. If you find that you have made a mistake in your shipping information, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to  customer service @tootybay.com .
