On this page you will find our general terms and conditions for all purchases and use of this website.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an online confirmation. Should you not receive this confirmation within 1 hour, you should contact us. You will also receive a new email on the same day that your order has been dispatched. When you shop with us, agreements are made in United Kingdom. If you would like to receive a new copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email.
We offer several payment methods: either with Paypal or in another way:

Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. This means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders. When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true. We can write down the amount paid at any time – if, for example a product is sold out or not wanted anyway. But for security reasons, we can NEVER increase the approved amount.
When you order on our website, your card is charged immediately and not at the time of shipment.
The delivery time for processing your order is 24 hours.
We have all displayed items in our remote warehouse and the delivery time is therefore typically 6-10 days.
We always strive to deliver on time, but should your shipment be delayed, we will always do our best to keep you updated on the status of the shipment. However, we reserve the right to change the stated delivery time at any time and for any reason.
We offer a 30-day right of return - counting from the day you receive your order. If you wish to make use of your right of return, you must follow the instructions on this page: Return
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next weekday.
Please ensure that the package is sent in secure packaging - it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely at our warehouse.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this by means of a clear statement via email no later than 14 days after receiving the item. After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they function. You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
When you make use of your 30-day right of return, we will refund the full purchase price. This also includes shipping costs and fees charged for the original shipment from our warehouse to your address.
Naturally, a 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Which means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation. Damage to the product as a result of incorrect handling on the part of the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to joyside.co.uk within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. We need the following information when returning items. Please inform us of the issue in as much detail as possible. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.
When you make a purchase on this website, we register your personal information - i.e. your full name, address, telephone number and email address. This data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be registered for the purpose of processing your order.
You can have your information deleted at any time, if this is desired. The personal information is registered with joyside.co.uk and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
